A Glimpse into Neuro-Wellness Alliance's Community

We are passionate about helping people with Parkinson's and neurological disorders and their care partners and families in the Antelope Valley!

Located at Legacy Commons in Palmdale, our program offers FREE fitness classes and a monthly support group.

Our non-contact, boxing-inspired workouts are designed to help improve balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, and mental focus—empowering participants to fight back against Parkinson’s and live life to the fullest. All ages and abilities are welcome—from 30s to 90s. Care partners are encouraged to join in, too! You’ll find not only physical benefits but also a strong sense of community, support, and camaraderie.

Non-Contact Boxing Inspired Fitness: Saturdays 11:00 AM -12:00 PM

Monthly Support Group: The 2nd Saturday of each month, 12:00–1:00 PM
